Custom systems that replace your spreadsheets and chats

I build internal systems and ERPs for businesses: customers, inventory, orders, reports and per-user permissions. In stages, with the code under your company's name.

5-business-day assessment · US$590 + VAT, credited if you hire

I reply within 1 hour during business hours and within 24 hours outside them.

No stage without a date and a price. What doesn't fit in V1 is written down as «out of scope», not as a promise.

This is for you if

  • You run on spreadsheets, chats and manual tasks that only one person understands.

  • There is rework and errors because the process isn't written down anywhere.

  • You need per-user roles and a record of who changed what.

  • You want to centralize information without losing control of your data.

What you get

  • Process map

The current flow drawn with its states, owners and the points where time is lost, to decide what goes first.

  • Panel and modules by priority

The module that hurts most comes first. Each one ships working and is validated with the people who use it.

  • Roles, permissions and audit log

Each user sees and changes only their own, and every change is recorded with who, when and what.

  • Integrations

Email, APIs, spreadsheets, payments and the systems you already use, with the data matching on both sides.

  • Documentation and access

How it runs, how it is backed up and how it is deployed. Repository and servers under your company's name.

  • Initial support window

Adjustments after go-live, when the cases nobody foresaw show up.

Complex migrations and data cleanup are quoted separately; that is said in the assessment, not halfway through.

Three items, always in this order

  • Assessment

    US$590

fixed price · 5 business days

Goals, rules and risks of the current flow, V1 scope and a fixed price per stage. Credited in full if you hire.

  • System V1

    from US$2,790

    fixed price after the assessment

The entities, modules and integrations of the agreed scope, with weekly deliveries and initial support.

  • Evolution

    per stage

    fixed price for each stage

New modules or changes once V1 is in use. Each stage is quoted before it starts, with no open-ended hours.

Prices in USD, plus VAT. Hosting and third-party services are paid by your company directly; I add nothing on top.

From the first call to go-live

  1. 01

    Discovery

    2 to 5 days

I gather goals, rules and risks of the current flow. This is the assessment.

  2. 02

    Definition

    3 to 7 days

We agree on the V1 scope, the entities and the order of the modules.

  3. 03

    Build

    2 to 6 weeks

Weekly deliveries validated by the people who use the system.

  4. 04

    Go-live

    1 week

    Short training, adjustments and stabilization.

In writing, before we start

Scope and price in writing, money back if it isn't as agreed

You see the scope and the price in writing before we start. If anything fails within 90 days, I fix it at no cost. If it doesn't end up as we agreed, I return your deposit.

The keys are yours

Domain, hosting, email and access stay under your business name. If you switch providers, you leave with everything.

No open-ended hours

Each stage has a written scope, price and date. If something changes, it is agreed before it is done.

What I don't do, and who this isn't for

  • This isn't for you if you need a website for your business: that is a site, with a package price, not a system.
  • I don't start without a written scope: no assessment means no price, and no price means no project.
  • I don't clean or migrate messy data blindly: it is reviewed first and quoted separately.

What people ask before a system

Is it a full ERP?

Only if that makes sense. I usually build what your operation needs, without loading the project with modules you won't use.

Can it be done in modules?

Yes. A useful V1 comes first and then it evolves in stages, each with its own fixed price.

Who owns the system and the data?

Your company. The code lives in a repository under your business name and access is defined from day one.

What level of security is included?

Authentication, role-based permissions and a change log. Advanced requirements (external audits, certifications) are planned separately.

Can it integrate with my current stack?

In most cases, yes: email, APIs, spreadsheets, payments, accounting tools. It is validated in the assessment, before the build is charged.

How much does it cost?

The assessment costs US$590 + VAT and is credited if you hire. Building a V1 starts at US$2,790 + VAT at a fixed price; the exact amount comes out of the assessment, not from a guess. Complex migrations and data cleanup are quoted separately.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in a repository under your company's name from day one, along with access and documentation. If you ever switch providers, you leave with everything.

How fast do you reply?

I reply within 1 hour during business hours and within 24 hours outside them.

How do I pay?

In stages, at a fixed price agreed in writing before we start. No open-ended hours: if the scope changes, we agree on it before doing it. You can pay by card, bank transfer or OXXO.
